Trainee Buyer during 2015, Exact
The graduate programme has been an incredible experience. It has taught me that being a great buyer is not just about working hard but also about the relationships you foster and learning how to work as part of a team. The programme developed my interpersonal skills and improved my ability to build relationships and engage with key people both inside and outside of our business. The best part of it all is that the TFG graduate programme focuses on the holistic development of an individual and is flexible enough to satisfy both the requirements of the business and the developmental needs of the graduate.
