PMO

The Project Management Office (PMO) champions’ consistent and sound project management, business analysis and learning & change practices to fully support the TFG change agenda.  The aim is to enable projects and programs to deliver the benefits defined in their business case.  The PMO provides an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritise, and successfully execute a technology portfolio of initiatives and projects that are aligned with the organisations’ strategic goals.  It does so through its key capability areas viz. project management, business analysis, learning facilitation & change management.
By leveraging industry best practices across the key capabilities, the PMO team works to provide the organisation with the project management and business analysis skills required to identify, interpret and convert business needs into innovative solutions, supported by professional learning interventions as well as a robust People Change Framework.  The PMO team is responsible for establishing and implementing best practices for the benefit of TFG in a way that encourages collaboration, standardisation, appropriate assignment of resources and overall improvement, thereby facilitating business decisions for optimal business results.
